Andrea Hale, MA, saw firsthand how many bright, capable students lacked the confidence and communication skills necessary for success beyond the classroom. Academic readiness was there, but readiness for life? Not always. That’s why she created Empowered Horizons Prep: to close this critical gap.
Our mission focuses on soft skills development for teens and their parents—skills like collaboration, leadership, resilience, and clear communication. These are the real differentiators in college interviews, job applications, group projects, and professional environments.
